EOTEC keeps engineering, fabrication, assembly and testing under one roof, so one team is responsible from the first survey to the final load test. Read more about choosing an overhead crane manufacturer in Türkiye.
Our range covers overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, process cranes and lifting equipment, supported by service and modernization for the crane's whole life.
How much experience does EOTEC have in crane manufacturing?
EOTEC has more than 20 years of experience, and more than 500 of its overhead, gantry and jib cranes are in operation across industry. The range runs from single girder workshop cranes to heavy double girder process cranes, so that experience covers workshop lifting as well as continuous production. Ask us about applications similar to yours.
Who is responsible for a crane project at EOTEC from survey to final load test?
One team is responsible throughout. EOTEC keeps engineering, fabrication, assembly and testing under one roof, and installation, commissioning and inspection are handled by our own teams. This matters when a problem appears on site, because the people who calculated and built the crane are the same people who have to resolve it, with no dispute between separate contractors.
Which crane components does EOTEC fabricate in its own facility?
Girders, end carriages and hoisting units are fabricated and assembled in our own facility in Konya, and testing takes place under the same roof. Keeping these parts in-house gives full quality control over the work, and it lets the engineers who calculated the structure follow it through production and answer questions directly from the shop floor.
Can I visit EOTEC's crane factory in Konya?
Yes. You can contact us to arrange a visit to our facility in Karatay, Konya. A visit is a practical way to see how girders and end carriages are fabricated, assembled and tested, and to talk to the engineers who would calculate your crane. Bring your load and hall details if you want to discuss a specific project.
Will I see and approve the crane design before fabrication starts?
Yes. Layout drawings and the duty classification are agreed with you before fabrication, after your hall and loads have been surveyed. Use this stage to check hook height, clearances around obstructions and the duty assumptions, because these are simple to change on a drawing and costly to change once the steel has been cut.
What does lifetime service mean at EOTEC?
It means inspections, maintenance, modernization and spare parts remain available for the crane's whole life, not only around handover. It describes the service we offer rather than a warranty, so confirm warranty terms in your quotation. Over a long service life, drives and controls usually date before the structure does, and a sound crane can often be modernized instead of replaced.
